Stage 1
Client:To provide an approved Title and plan of sub division and any estate guidelines and covenants relevant for site costs. If quote is approved (subject to final plans, soil and site survey, energy report and bush fire assessment), clients sign Preliminary Agreement and pays a deposit of $2,000. |
Stage 2
Client:Approve architectural plans and quotation of offer and return. Required to check the plans comply with covenants and estate guidelines. If required, client to apply for town planning, council dispensation and estate approval. |

Stage 3Ramsay Builders present all contract documentation to clients to sign. Client:Sign all contract documentation and return 1 set to Ramsay Builders Remainder of 5% deposit is paid to Ramsay Builders. |
Stage 4Application for Building Permit submitted along with Fire assessment. Client:

Stage 5Building Permit issued. Orders are issued to suppliers and checks the site is ready for site works to commence. Client:Provide finance documentation. Ensures the site is clear of vegetation and that survey pegs are visible. |
