Ramsay Builders is a member of Housing Industry Association (HIA), Australia’s largest residential building organisation. By working with a HIA member you know that you are going to get a high quality build, and with the savings offered by being a member passed on to you.

We offer a fixed price contract, guaranteeing that your construction will not go over your budget, and will be completed when you expect it to be completed. Not weeks or months after you expect it to be done.

We use the same tradespeople with every house we make, allowing you to rely on us having the same high quality construction with your new home. And as an extra guarantee of reliability we operate inspections of the building during each major stage of construction, giving you plenty of ability to have feedback in your homes construction.

Communication

Worried that you’ll lose control over your houses construction?

We provide weekly updates from the Construction supervisor, as well as offering online monitoring to let you get up to date information regarding the state of your house and how its construction is progressing. Giving you an unprecedented ability to identify and work with us to deal with any issues that might arise during construction.

Sustainability

Ramsay Builders has been accredited nationally through completion of the HIA GreenSmart training course. This covers solar passive design principles, achieving climate responsive thermal performance of a house, as well as promoting water, energy and resource efficiency in your home.

Quality

Worried that everything will look good and appear perfect, only for things to start cracking after a few months from shoddy workmanship and builders cutting corners to save money?

Ramsay Builders offers an extended maintenance guarantee for 12 months after construction, rather than the industry standard of 3 months. With this you can rest assured that anything we put up is going to be of high quality work.

Design

Ramsay Builders offers a range of services in regards to the design of your new home, all fully customizable to suit your needs. Even if all you have is a sketch plan we can use our connections and knowledge in the building industry to help you find a draftsperson to have that sketch turned into a working plan.

Once you have a working plan or design we can quote the price and workout a timeline for construction. We can work from our usual specifications, or instead work using whatever specs you provide.

And for those that are unsure about what they want their home to be can choose from a range of designs that we have available, that are all ready to go and fully customizable to suit your needs.
