Step 4: Planning

While we finalise approvals, you’ll visit our Interactive Design Studio. With guidance from our interior designer, you’ll select fixtures and finishes — from bricks and roofing to tiles and tapware. To help you visualise, we also offer optional virtual walkthroughs so you can experience your home before it’s built.
Step 6: Quoting & Approval
Once everything is ready, we’ll present your detailed quote, including inclusions, timeframes, and contracts. No hidden costs. No grey areas. Just a clear, comprehensive roadmap. Once you approve, we move into the most exciting phase: construction.
Step 7: Construction
During construction, you’ll stay connected through our project management system, which provides regular updates, images, and timelines. Prefer to walk through in person? We’ll happily take you onsite. And if adjustments are needed along the way, we’ll manage them with honesty, flexibility, and care.
Step 8: Handover and Beyond
When your home is complete, we’ll guide you through a final walkthrough before handing over the keys. But our commitment doesn’t stop there. We remain available for post-build support and ongoing communication, standing behind the quality of our workmanship long after handover.
